Lord Brahma granted this boon to Ravan, leading him to believe that he was now absolutely invincible. During one of his conquests, Ravan came across Mount Kailash, the abode of Lord Shiv and Goddess Parvati.

Later in the same journey, Rama successfully strings Shiva's bow in Mithila, demonstrating his godly strength and his worthiness to marry Sita.

The Ashok Vatika is the place where Ravana kept the Sita captive. Ashok Vatika is a garden that is present in the Sita Eliya in Sri Lanka.

Rama and non-violence

Sita was little upset with Rama's promise to sages that he will save their lives. So Sita says, 'We are in the forest and we should live life of sages then why this weapon'.

Predeterminism is the philosophy that all events of history, past, present and future, have been already decided or are already known (by God, fate, or some other force), including human actions. Predeterminism is closely related to determinism.
