    I think the answer to question no9 will be, talk to his / her parents. its so because a teacher cannot expect every students to be either good or bad. If a student does not pay respect, the teacher has to make positive changes in him/ her. One way to achieve the same is by talking to parent. Ignoring him cannot address the issue.
