When a government body wants to encourage the purchase of certain items or bolster participation in certain activities, it may issue a tax holiday; a temporary period during which the tax rate applied to certain products or services is reduced or removed. For instance, many local governments have a sales tax holiday the weekend before school resumes in the fall to reduce the cost burden that parents carry when shopping for their children's school supplies or clothing.
The government has said small startups with a turnover of up to 25crore will get the tax holiday specified in Section 80-IAC of the Income-Tax Act.
Under the Section, eligible startups don't have to pay income tax for three years out of seven from the year of incorporation, an incentive to promote such ventures. This, in effect, means any startup with turnover exceeding 25crore won't get this tax break. "

Which of the following agency releases the India Justice Report 2019?
A
NITI Aayog
B
Transparency International
C
Association for Democratic Reforms
D
Tata Trusts
Question 5 Explanation:
In a first-of-its-kind initiative, the India Justice Report 2019 ranks individual Indian states in relation to their capacity to deliver access to justice. The Tata Trusts brought together a group of sectoral experts - Centre for Social Justice, Common Cause, Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative, DAKSH, Tata Institute of Social Sciences - Prayas and Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy - to develop a report that would measure the structural capacity of state-based instrumentalities of the justice system against their own declared mandates, with a view to pinpointing areas that lend themselves to immediate solutions. Presently the ranking assesses the four 'pillars' of the justice system - police, prisons, legal aid and the judiciary - in each state to deliver on their mandates. The report also examines 5-year trends to demonstrate a state's intention to improve access and delivery of justice by increasing resources, repairing shortfalls and clearing blockages.
