1. Phase 1: Denial. In this stage individuals go through withdrawal and focus on the past.
2. Phase 2: Resistance. In this stage be prepared, because you will see anger, blame, anxiety and depression.
3. Phase 3: Exploration.
4. Phase 4: Commitment.

Explanation Theory Y is the belief that people can direct their own efforts.

It's your motivation. Successful people wake up early, work smartly, and use time wisely than ordinary people because they love what they're doing. They are passionate about their craft, so they're willing to give much of their time on it. If you want to succeed in life, you should develop your passion.

A passive candidate is someone an employer is considering for a certain position, but who is not actively seeking a new position. Passive candidates have not applied for an open position and are not searching for a new job.
